QUAKERCOOL® 3474

QUAKERCOOL® 3474 is designed for general purpose machining and grinding operations requiring a high degree of cleanliness, detergency, cooling, and corrosion protection.

It is suitable for use on cast iron and steel alloys. It is recommended for medium to heavy-duty tube forming operations requiring maximum cleanliness, detergency, cooling, and corrosion protection. It is well suited for use on all carbon steels and cast iron. This product is a diethanolamine-free semi-synthetic.

PRODUCT FEATURES

Water Based - No flash/fire point to worry about. This aspect also assures ease of mixing and adds to the low applied cost of use.
Corrosion Protection - Excellent protection on cast iron/steel down to concentrations as low as 2.5%.
Excellent pH and Biocide - Results in excellent sump life which leads to less down time and longer periods of productivity.
Excellent Detergency - Good residue characteristics and detergency provide clean working environment and operating conditions for tooling.
