QUAKERCOOL® 3750 is a high-performance emulsifiable metalworking fluid designed for heavy-duty Machining and Grinding operations requiring a high degree of lubricity, cleanliness, cooling, and corrosion protection.
It is especially recommended for the grinding of rings and rollers for bearings, as well as difficult machining and grinding operations on cast iron and steel.

- Through incorporation of Quaker’s biostable technology, sump life of 12 months is easily achieved in well-maintained systems.
- The tight micro-emulsion provides excellent tramp oil rejection and reduced drag-out.
- Machines are kept cleaner due to the excellent detergency of the product. It has good fines handling properties and does not produce sticky residues.
