QUAKERCOOL® 7105

QUAKERCOOL® 7105 is designed for heavy-duty machining and grinding operations requiring a high degree of cleanliness, lubrication, cooling, and corrosion protection.

This product contains a chlorinated extreme pressure additive for superior machining characteristics. QUAKERCOOL® 7105 forms a micro-emulsion that maintains the desirable characteristics of a semi-synthetic, and is very low-foaming when used with hard water (greater than 350 PPM). Quaker’s biostatic chemistry protects against microbiological growth, including mycobacteria.

PRODUCT FEATURES

Unique Lubrication - Allows the product to handle heavyduty applications on ferrous and nonferrous materials including high nickel-chrome alloys. Enhanced lubricant package improves the life of coated and uncoated tools.
Micro-emulsion - Forms a tight, very stable microemulsion that provides excellent boundary lubrication for high-speed operations; also rejects tramp oil.
Low Foaming - Little foam in moderate-to-hard water hardness (350 PPM) conditions up to 1000 PPM.
Corrosion Protection - Excellent protection on cast iron and steel down to concentrations as low as 3%.
