QUAKERCLEAN® 624 MPC

QUAKERCLEAN® 624 MPC is a dual-purpose mild alkaline liquid that simultaneously cleans and protects metal surfaces in a single processing step.

This product is designed for ferrous (steel and cast iron) alloys and non-ferrous (aluminum) alloys. Unique chemical engineering allows this product to offer the additional benefits of non-foaming with application pressures in excess of 2,500 psi and excellent oil-splitting characteristics.

PRODUCT FEATURES

This versatile product is used to clean and protect metal surfaces in one step. This simplifies operations and keeps inventory costs low. This product will impart short-term corrosion protection to the metal surface when not rinsed.
The mild alkalinity is safe for use on both ferrous and non-ferrous metals. This single product can be used for two applications. This reduces inventory and costs.
Low foaming technology. No excess foam generation at temperatures up to 150°F and application pressures greater than 2,500 psi. This reduces consumption, lowers cost and prevents pump cavitation.
Its hard-water compatibility and imperceptible film on parts facilitates gauging and the handling of parts. This leads to fewer rejects and lower costs.
