ANDEROL CHAIN OIL XL 220 FG is a high performance polyolester based chain oil
designed for use in both tunnel ovens and spiral ovens. This synthetic based oil will be
considered the best chemistry for high temperature applications, which in addition meet the
NSF H1 Food Grade lubricant criteria.
ANDEROL CHAIN OIL XL 220 FG prevents wear and minimizes deposits with a natural
detergency to maintain cleaner chains with fewer operational problems.
APPLICATIONS ADVANTAGES
The ANDEROL Chain Oil XL 220 FG is
designed for use in tunnel ovens and spiral
ovens. The product can also be used in the
following applications:
Conveyor systems
Printing and coating operations
Wood-forming machinery such as that used
in the oriented strand board or plywood
industry
Other applications requiring a high
temperature bearing, cam or slide lubricant.
Backing/Oven chains.
Nominal operating range -10 to 260°C
High flash and fire point.
Excellent anti-wear characteristics.
Excellent thermal and oxidative stability.
Reduces chain and sprocket wear.
Natural detergency.
Exceptionally low deposit
forming tendencies.
Keeps chains clean and prevents carbon
residue build-up.
