ANDEROL 568 Synthetic Compressor Lubricant Product Data Sheet ANDEROL 568 is an ISO 68 synthetic di-ester based compressor lubricant specifically designed to provide longterm lubrication in air and process gas compressors. The base chemistry of this synthetic product eliminates varnish formation and separator blocking whereas the anti-oxidants provide longer drain intervals. The superior oxidation and wear resistance permits Anderol to put this fluid in the most severe applications where other products might fail. ADVANTAGES / BENEFITS COMPATIBILITY APPLICATION ANDEROL synthetic lubricants are the only long-life synthetic lubricant with over 60 years of successful performance. Fewer oil changes Longer service life and greater protection of compressor components Wide operating temperature range Increases maintenance intervals Very high oxidation resistance Lower oil consumption Eliminates lacquering and deposits Reduces energy consumption The following seals, paints and plastics are recommended for use in contact with Anderol Synthetic Lubricants. Materials not recommended are also shown. For more information on other materials see our ‘Compatibility Guide’. RECOMMENDED : Viton, High Nitrile Buna N, Teflon, Epoxy Paint, Oil-Resistant Alkyd, Nylon, Delrin, Celcon, PBT NOT RECOMMENDED: Neoprene, SBR Rubber, Low Nitrile Buna N, Acrylic Paint, Lacquer, Polystrene, PVC, ABS Anderol 568 is a synthetic compressor lubricant suitable for screw, vane and piston compressors requiring very good wear and oxidation resistance. The low pour point and high film strength provides special protection when operating in start/stop mode in cold weather conditions, e.g. snow blowers FOR MORE INFORMATION PLEASE REFER TO THE RELEVANT MATERIAL SAFETY DATA SHEET APPROVALS / REGISTRATIONS ANDEROL BV Punterweg 21 A 6222 NW MAASTRICHT The NETHERLANDS Tel No.: +31 (0)43 352 41 90 Fax No.: +31 (0)43 352 41 99 www.anderol-europe.com This information is furnished without warranty, representation, inducement, or license of any kind except that it is accurate to the best of OUR knowledge or obtained from sources believed by ANDEROL to be accurate.
